1. Please close windows when leaving your apartment, and keep your door lockd during absence.

2. Plase do not throw matches, newspaper, fallen hairs, seeds, etc., in any of the plumbing fixtures.

3. Please do not leave anything in theballs. garbage cans or dishes should be placed in the service-stair-halls where they will be collected everyday.

4. Please do not throw anything out of the windows.

5. Please do not slam door; close them quietly particularly when coming in at late hour.

6. Please do not drive tacks, screws hooks or nails into the walls or woodwork of the apartments without the consent of the office.

7. Please do not make it necessary for the management to request you to reduce the loudness of a musical instrument or to modurate voices at an hour that would be objectionable to your neighbours.

8. Please do not let children run through the halls.

9. Please do not hesitate to make report to the office any discourtesies shown by any person connected to the Bunka Apartments.
